Fulton Music Inc. is proud to have students who participate in music composition contests, talent shows, and Certificate of Merit theory/performance testing across Orange County. Many of our students are also members of competitive show choirs, hold positions in local youth orchestras, and attend art/music schools.

While some lesson studios teach under a strict format or out of a set curriculum, Fulton Music Inc has instructors who will tailor lessons to help you meet your personal musical goals. Our instructors are well-versed in a variety of genres/styles including Classical, Pop, Jazz, Broadway, Rock, Blues, Ensemble, etc.
Fulton Music Inc. has licensed Certificate of Merit instructors who are members of the Music Teachers Association of California. Through this exclusive organization, we offer statewide theory/performance testing as well as access to various competitions and performance opportunities.

Lesson Booking & Payment
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Lessons through Fulton Music Inc. are booked on a per-month basis, typically consisting of one lesson per week. Having a recurring weekly lesson helps to ensure constant and consistent improvement on your chosen instrument. Fulton Music Inc. offers 15-minute, 30-minute, 45-minute, and 1-hour lessons to accommodate your schedule/needs. We accept payments through Zelle or Venmo at the beginning of each month. We ask that payments be made within a week of the first lesson of each month to avoid incurring a late fee.
*Please note that if our instructors need to take The Toll Roads to arrive at your location on time for your lesson, there will be a small additional charge to accommodate this added expense/mileage.
While we aim to maintain a consistent schedule for all of our students/instructors, we understand that adjustments are sometimes necessary. We employ a 48-hour cancellation policy, meaning that a lesson canceled after that window will not receive a refund or makeup. This ensures that our instructors are paid for their scheduled lesson times, as these time slots could have been filled with other students in need of makeups or meetings with new clients. Our instructors commute all over Orange County between lesson locations, making it difficult to accommodate last-minute cancellations.
Lesson times can be rescheduled if instructors are given at least 48 hours notice before their previously scheduled appointment. Contact your instructor to see what their current availability is within this time frame for makeups. In the event that your instructor is unable to make your appointed lesson time, a makeup lesson will be scheduled for you during that same month or a lesson credit will be applied to your account for the following month.
Studio Recital
Fulton Music Inc. holds an annual recital to feature its students. This is a great opportunity for students to showcase their abilities, progress and pieces they have been working on. Performing in front of an audience is also an important part of instilling confidence in our students.
As the recital is held in a rented facility, a small recital fee is implemented to help cover the costs of securing a space, instruments, and equipment.
